"Wheel route" with Marshall Faulk
I was the editor and A Shooter on this episode of "Wheel Route" featuring marshall faulk on the links. This project came with a lot of challenges as there were 6 cameras and a few different mics from a 3-hour golf outing to sync up and pull into a cohesive edit. I began by attempting to create multicam sequences within Premiere Pro, but they would not work out cleanly. As a result, I had to do a lot of syncing by hand.
Once everything was finally synced, i color graded the footage to look as cohesive as possible before cutting. The first cut of this episode was around 17 minutes, but I was asked to shorten it. Finally, after about 6 revisions, we landed on the final cut. Audio was another challenge, as we had the constant sound of the cart, and our mics were not working at the beginning. I created a simple animated title introduction and also threw together some quick informational TV-style graphics to add some fun elements throughout.
As for deliverables, I delivered the final long cut and then created 6 vertical cut-ups for social.
PLAY FOOTBALL FIRST PLAY
EACH YEAR, thousands of kids line up starting in the heart of canton, and pass a football all the way to the hall of fame, signifying the first play of the new football season. I was tasked with covering this 3-mile event and putting together an edit with a same-day turnaround.
There were a couple challenges to overcome. First and foremost, I was provided a camcorder and a lower-end lavalier mic. These were not exactly the best tools for the job, but they were what was available to me. the picture and audio suffered in places, but I am still proud of the final product. Secondly, the turnaround was very fast. In preparation, I already had the music, general beats, and the graphics set up, and i believe this helped me greatly in meeting the deadline. This video played in-stadium during the hall of fame game.

CLASS VIGNETTE CUTUPS
These story cutups from the class of 2026 were made to share the unique thoughts/feelings of each enshrinee. The footage was pulled from in-house interviews and interviews at NFL HONORS and supplemented with photos provided by the Associated Press.
The story segments were also paired with sizzle reels for each class member to play on LED boards on exhibit. I cannot show the full pieces because the hall of fame nor I own the electronic distribution rights to the NFL Films footage.
