This was a group project for a persuasive communications class. With a focus on the stigma surrounding ignored athlete mental health, I pulled together stock footage, a voiceover, and some of my own FOOTAGE into an impactful edit based on the script developed by my group.
This project was a great opportunity for me to work with outside footage as well as within a group to deliver a high-quality project. I also spent time building the sound from scratch with KrotosStudio and motion array samples, molding each scene to feel unique and true to life. The biggest challenge was selecting stock footage and a score that resonated with the project's themes, and I ended up accenting the project with some of my own footage and music as well. The only A.I. involved was for the voiceover audio.
